IHRE AUFGABEN

Join one of the top internet hosting companies in Europe and spearhead new marketing tools, channels, strategies and tactics. You will:

• Help shape up the marketing innovation at IONOS.
• Research the marketing landscape and identify innovative activities to drive growth & performance.
• Evaluate new activities in a data-driven manner and recommend the best tests for these, identifying the appropriate metrics to monitor.
• Prepare the necessary documentation for internal approval of new channels & tools and ensure the approval processes are efficiently followed through.
• Help run experiments, measure their scalability and their growth potential in the company.

IHR PROFIL

You have a very good understanding of the global marketing landscape, especially digital, with a technical understanding of performance metrics and how these directly and indirectly influence short-term and long-term growth.

• CX, UX, CSS, SEO, PPC, SEM, MA, DM, CPA, CTR, CTA are not just random letters to you.
• You have analytical thinking that helps you structure chaos and identify the right details to focus on.
• You are data-driven and only rely on gut feeling when it's lunch time.
• You have great attention to details, especially where numbers are concerned.
• You are curious and like to stay up to date with innovation.
• You are fluent in English (minimum C1 on the CEFR scale), Excel, social media & web analytics.
• You are resilient, perseverent, pragmatic, results oriented, creative and empathetic.
