- You qualify your client's needs and write ads accordingly
- You propose candidates who meet your client's requirements
- You follow the recruitment process from A to Z
- You prepare the candidates for their interviews and give feedback afterwards
- You work in urgency in order to quickly provide the best candidates to your client
- You analyse the market and constantly look for new clients and new candidates
- You are fluent in English and German
- You are ambitious, flexible and result-driven
