Due to the expansion of Germany’s team, as part of its expansion, LEBON, French manufacturer and leader in industrial protective gloves, is looking, for its office in Erkrath, for an :
EXPORT / SALES ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (M / F/D)
You will be in charge of the following of commercial activity in Germany
- You will register and analyze the reportings from the Commercial Director and 3 Territory Sales Manager, take care of their demand of samples, prices and developments. You will be a link with the Purchasing Department and different other parts of the Group
- You will edit, send and follow the commercial offers.
- You will edit commercial documents : translation, sales flyers etc……
- You will attend the Export meetings with the export team (location : Luxembourg – Germany or Headquarter France)
- You will check the orders received, follow the payments of the customers
- Receipt of customer’s orders
- Minimum higher education : Abitur
- 2 – 3 years of experience in a same commercial / administrative activity
- Languages : German, Fluent English.
- Good knowledge with computer tools (office tools type MS Office : word – excel – internet etc ….)
- Rigorous, methodical, reactive, with confirmed organization skills and a developed sense of priority management.
- Ability to work independently but with team spirit with the different units of the group at the international level.
